The Chinese Government has made clear its intention that China should be a long term and responsible international investor and through its 12th Five-Year Plan gave qualified and capable Chinese companies a positive mandate to invest overseas.

At the same time, policy announcements by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Finance reflect the steady and consistent encouragement of international investment into China and the opening up of China’s markets.  China is committed to urbanisation and the development of its consumer markets; and the door is increasingly open for international involvement in this process.

TCP’s role is to make a positive contribution to China outward and inward investment.  TCP’s responsibility is to ensure that its clients can benefit from the opportunities that exist in a secure manner and make a good profit.
